Wall-mounted thermostat by the bathroom door. Set to your preferred temperature; the room responds within a few minutes.

To access streaming and casting options, select Streaming Services from the main directory.

Bedside and desk handsets are tied to your room. Dial 0 for the front desk; any service request can be made from there.

Each guest room is equipped with a fully stocked Mini Bar for your convenience.

Please note that once an item is removed from the Mini Bar, guests have approximately 60 seconds to return the item before it is automatically charged to the room.

Mini Bars are restocked daily, and additional restocks are available upon request. Mini Bars may also be locked, or select items may be removed prior to arrival, at the guest’s discretion.

Each guest room includes complimentary Open Water. Additional water may be requested through Housekeeping.

Premium waters, including Voss and Saratoga, are available for purchase through the Mini Bar.

Nespresso machines are available in each guest room, with complimentary milk or creamer and sugar provided for your convenience upon request. Tea kettles and tea selections are available upon request.

Guests can enjoy a thoughtfully selected assortment of Nespresso coffee pods in the comfort of their room.

Altissio offers a rich, full-bodied espresso with a smooth finish, while Intenso provides a bolder, darker-roasted option for those who prefer a stronger cup. Melozio is a smooth and balanced medium-bodied coffee, ideal for everyday enjoyment, and Melozio Decaffeinato offers the same approachable flavor profile without the caffeine.

To lock: close the door, enter any four-digit code of your choosing, then press LOCK. To open: enter the same four-digit code. If the safe does not open, please do not force it — contact the front desk and Security will come to your room to open it for you. The hotel cannot open a safe without verifying the registered guest.

Every room is equipped with an iron and ironing board in your guest room closet.  Handheld steamers available on request.

You can find a laundry bag and order sheet attached to the hanger inside the closet.
